This project aimed to educate the public on a particular social issue. Thus, I illustrated the ever import problem of food waste in an artistic visual campaign.
From my research into the topic, I found that most food waste campaigns relied heavily on photographic based imagery in their designs.
Therefore, to differentiate my campaign, I went for a more 'abstract' approach with digital watercolour paintings paired with statistics to grab people's attention.
The final images were exhibited in an installation at the end of year showcase for SAE Creative Media Institute to great success.
